Location: Fairwater, WI
Salary: $65K–$80K + Full Benefits + Annual Bonus
Shifts Available: Days & Nights

Your Impact:

• Lead, train, and support production teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Oversee daily production schedules while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
• Work with fellow supervisors to keep the facility clean, safe, and running efficiently.
• Implement and maintain production processes and workflow improvements.
• Support a positive work environment where employees can thrive.

What You Bring:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe, Google, and web-based systems
• Previous leadership or frozen food processing experience is a plus
