Required Qualification(s): ~5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the banking sector. ~ Strong understanding of banking products, including payments, lending, and digital banking solutions. ~ Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile project management. ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. Desired Qualification (s): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification. Experience with API integrations and banking technology platforms. Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe XD). Day To Day: An employer is seeking a Product Owner for a large financial client sitting in Charlotte, NC. This person will be joining the CashPro team which is their internal digital banking platform and will be responsible for helping to build a new internal application. This role requires strategic vision, technical understanding, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality product. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, UX/UI, business teams, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, developers, and UX designers, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories. Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage product backlog, track progress, and document key decisions. Create wireframes and mockups to visualize product features and workflows. Lead Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and User Story Refinement sessions. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices. Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
