Job Description

The Printing Press Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Offset Lithographic Sheet-Fed Printing Presses . This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality printed materials. Safety is our #1 priority , and all tasks must be performed in compliance with established safety procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Offset Lithographic Sheet-Fed Printing Presses.
• Perform on-press make-readies, including setup and adjustments for each job.
• Troubleshoot press issues and make necessary mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with the Printing Press Feeder and other team members.
• Follow detailed work instructions and job specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain press cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as required.
• Ensure all printed products meet quality and color standards.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Knowledge and experience with Offset printing and Lithographic Printing Presses required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and press operations.
• Ability to differentiate colors accurately.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift (10 PM – 6 AM) , including overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Training would be 120 days on 1st shift Monday - Friday 6am- 2pm
