We’re looking for a collaborative, experienced Practice Manager to lead operations for our Pediatrics and Women’s Health clinics at HealthFirst Bluegrass. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, innovation, and compassion in a role that directly impacts families and strengthens community health.

As Practice Manager, You Will:

• Supervise and mentor a team of 10–20 staff members , including program leads.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, patient flow, and compliance with all regulatory standards (PCMH, FTCA, OSHA, VFC).
• Drive service and operational excellence aligned with our mission and strategic goals.
• Manage provider schedules, staffing levels, onboarding, and training programs.
• Monitor budgets and performance metrics to ensure financial and operational success.
• Champion quality, safety, and patient-centered care across all services.

✅ Ideal Candidates Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years supervisory experience in primary health care or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of clinical practices specific to pediatrics and women’s health.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for health equity and nonprofit service.
