Job Title: Pipe Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with expertise in sanitary welding and tube welding. The role involves working with stainless steel in a custom fabrication shop, performing tasks such as fabricating, assembling, and welding on various components including tanks, frames for robots, tubing, handrails, and platforms. This is a full-time position with options for a 1st Shift schedule either from Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm. The work involves serving clients within the Food & Beverage Industry.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience with TIG welding on stainless steel.
• Understanding of purging and 'walking the cup' techniques.
• Experience with sanitary welding and pipe welding in the field.
• Proficiency in using welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools.
• Forklift operation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive experience with sanitary process piping/tubing.
• Ability to read blueprints and possess mechanical skills.
• Possess personal hand tools, including a hood/shield.
• Pass a weld test for sanitary welding.
• Current valid driver's license.
• Experience with rigging, machine operation, manual machining, and construction is a plus.

This is a Permanent position based out of Highspire, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
