Pharmacy Sales Director - Cigna Healthcare - Remote Join to apply for the Pharmacy Sales Director - Cigna Healthcare - Remote role at Lensa Position Summary Provides expert pharmacy content and professional leadership on complex sales assignments and projects. The primary responsibility includes collaborating with internal sales and client managers to develop and execute strategies for selling integrated programs in the 0500 Segment. Develops and implements sales strategies to meet sales objectives, using creativity, foresight, and judgment. Acts as a subject matter expert, advising functional leaders on the value pharmacy adds to the integrated model, and supports broader business projects. Job Responsibilities Achieve or exceed annual territory sales goals through new integrated and carve-in customers by working with Cigna Healthcare Sales channel partners. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Cigna in sales activities. Serve as a consultative subject matter expert when promoting Cigna pharmacy services. Meet or exceed sales meeting requirements, demonstrating strong process execution. Understand prospect needs, goals, organizational influences, and decision-making processes. Manage all sales activities using SharePoint. Create and present territory-specific internal strategy documents. Lead pharmacy-related internal and external sales meetings. Manage RFP analysis and ensure best practices. Represent Cigna Pharmacy Management in finalist meetings and market engagements. Stay current on PBM industry trends and competitors. Maintain positive relationships with internal departments and teams. Collaborate with client managers to identify and pursue vetted medical-only clients for integrated programs. Partner with brokers, TPA, employer groups, benefit consultants, and government entities on plan benefits. Hold monthly strategic meetings with client managers on pharmacy best practices. Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in the PBM sector, including product and pricing knowledge. Experience in sales or direct client management. Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship management skills. Excellent presentation skills for internal and external audiences. Work ethic and a competitive spirit focused on winning opportunities. Ability to build productive relationships with internal stakeholders and key producers. Self-motivated to succeed. Note: For remote work, internet must be broadband or fiber with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds. The role may be eligible for incentive compensation.
