This position enhances the client experience while maintaining the highest standards of shop presentation and operational efficiency.Based at our flagship store in downtown Durham, this role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21/hr, along with part-time benefits and a consistent schedule. It also provides a unique opportunity to learn from our renowned co-founder & CEO, who was trained in Paris.If this sounds like a fit for you, we invite you to learn more.YOUR ROLE:Learn the master class of hospitality and personal styling.Develop in-depth knowledge of V&Vs curated collection of independent designers and engage and inspire clients and walk-ins with our designers stories. Successfully partner with our team to plan appointments, create memorable styling experiences, and fulfill our sales and OKR goals. Help create an inspiring space that tells a story - through store upkeep and collaborative merchandising.ABOUT YOU (QUALIFICATIONS):You embody V&Vs core values: care, candor, optimism, and curiosity.You are committed to serving others and driven to build sales, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.You bring at least one year of proven experience in personal styling, ideally within a similar boutique setting.You possess the ability to articulate the construction, cut, and material of garments.You are comfortable working on your feet and can lift 25 lbs.REWARDS & BENEFITS:$21 hourly wage and performance-pay increases.Consistent, set schedule from 10:30am - 7pm.
