Patent Litigation Associate (Jr-Level) – Am Law 100 Firm About the Position:
We are working with an international Am Law 100 Firm with a robust client base that has an active need for an experienced patent litigator (1-3 yrs) to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This thriving practice boasts a deep bench of attorneys who have successfully litigated complex cases in federal courts across the nation.

Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of patent litigation
- Handle pre-litigation matters, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, cease-and-desist letters and patent clearance searches
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of patent litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $175,000 – $255,000.
