Seco Restore Inc., a growing leader in restoration services, is seeking an in-house Painter. A painter is responsible for preparing and applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality results in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying fillers to ensure a smooth finish before painting.
• Apply paint, varnishes, lacquers, and stains using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Blend paints and other materials to achieve desired color and texture, following specific instructions or clients’ preferences.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and tools to ensure proper performance and longevity.
• Work with other tradespeople and clients to ensure quality standards are met and projects are completed on time.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience
• Attention to detail: Essential to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Physical Stamina: The job requires physical strength and endurance, as it often involves lifting heavy materials and working on ladders or scaffolding.
• Knowledge of Materials: Understanding different types of paintings, finishes, and application techniques.
• English/Spanish bilingual is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
