Seeking a driven and dynamic Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our continued growth. This is a New Business Development role focused on expanding our presence and supporting company growth in the Central Florida area.

About the Role
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and achieving productivity goals. Partnering with our Sales and Account Management Team, your efforts will focus on building our footprint in the Private Security Sector, including Physical Security and Technology Solutions.

The Sales Specialist will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager to evaluate potential clients, conduct preliminary investigations, and facilitate their onboarding into company services.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor's degree and/or at least 1 year in a customer facing role, preferably inside or outside sales experience.

This will be a salary base pay plus commission role in accordance with commission policy. Quarterly SPIFFs, Presidents Club Award/Vacation and other success driven opportunities are also available.

Base Salary: $60K - $70K plus commission with Approximate total earning potential of $90K+
