About the Role: We are looking for organized and energetic individuals to join our Record Management Unit. In this "Special Projects" role, you will be crucial in managing the lifecycle of patient health information. This is an active role located in a large file room/warehouse setting, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of physical activity and computer-based work.

What You’ll Do:

• Archive Management: Retrieve, sort, and process paper medical records from the onsite file room.
• Digital Processing: Perform high-volume data entry of patient demographic information into the Record Management database.
• Project Execution: Box and organize medical records to prepare them for shipment to offsite storage.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on data entry to ensure accuracy and protect patient confidentiality.
• Workflow: Track and record your daily volume and productivity.

Physical Requirements:

• This is an active position. You must be able to regularly lift 25-pound containers of medical records.
• You must be comfortable navigating hallways while pushing carts loaded with records.
• The role involves climbing ladders and working in a warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in filing, warehousing, or data entry is a plus.
• Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet productivity goals.
• Availability: Must be available for the shift of M-F 8am-4:30pm
