*Licensed Practical Nurses/Registered Nurse Qualifications:*
· Active New Jersey Licensed Practical Nursing License/Registered Nurse License
· Long Term Care Experience (preferred)
*Licensed Practical Nurses/Registered Nurse Duties / Responsibilities:*
* Admitting new residents
* Helping physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
* Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
* Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
* Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
* Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
* Monitor and record patient vital signs
* Assist with patient assessments and evaluations
* Provide wound care and dressing changes
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
*Licensed Practical Nurses/Registered Nurse Experience*:
* Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) / (RN) in the state of {New Jersey
