Job Title: Logistics Manager / Coordinator

Rolling Pin is seeking a full-time, in-person Logistics Manager / Coordinator to join our growing team in New York City. This role will oversee the movement of products from production facilities to warehouses, distributors, and retail partners. You will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness across all stages of the supply chain, while maintaining strong communication with factories, vendors, and internal teams.

This is an on-site role where you’ll work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day execution and support the company’s continued growth.

• Manage and coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory flow
• Visit factories and warehouses to monitor operations and strengthen partner communications
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or inventory discrepancies
• Develop and manage production and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to forecast product needs
• Ensure compliance with food safety and transportation regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination (preferably in food/beverage or CPG)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and vendor relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in logistics or inventory management systems 
• Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of shipping regulations and warehouse best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Must be based in NYC and available to work on-site full time
