Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document nursing interventions, observations, and responses in the electronic health record.
• Monitor patients’ physical and emotional well-being and report significant changes promptly.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive resident care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Mexico (or compact license).
• CPR certification (current and valid).
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred, especially in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Excellent clinical judgment, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
