What You’ll Do
Meet with seniors and families to provide personalized life insurance solutions
Educate clients about benefits, savings, and policy options
Set and manage appointments (in-person or virtual)
Deliver an excellent client experience from consultation to follow-up
What We’re Looking For
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to grow
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable explaining information in a simple, clear way
Tech-savvy and organized
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, the ability to pass a background check, and the ability to obtain a state life insurance license
Sales experience is a plus but not required — full training provided!
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time Income (1099 Contractor): $60,000 – $98,875 per year (Top performers earn $125,000+) Commission only role
Independent Contractor Role (1099) — enjoy flexibility and control over your schedule
