This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of new business intake and conflict resolution processes at a prestigious law firm. Key Responsibilities: Review, interpret, and summarize conflict report results to support new business intake and client matters. Analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Implement information barriers and ensure appropriate notifications are made to affected firm personnel. Draft formal email waivers and conflict waiver letters to ensure proper documentation and compliance. Maintain conflict-related database with comprehensive and accurate conflict information Review new business intake forms to identify and verify potential conflicts; conduct corporate research and collaborate with firm personnel to ensure accurate and timely conflict clearance. Perform in-depth corporate research on parties related to new business requests to confirm and document relationships to existing clients. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the team’s goals and firm-wide compliance initiatives. Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant experience in a conflicts analyst or conflicts clearance role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Strong understanding of legal conflicts of interest and experience interpreting conflict reports. Proficiency in corporate research and familiarity with legal databases and internal intake systems. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the firm. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. MUST be able to work 10:00am - 6:00pm or 10:30am - 6:30pm hours Must be within a commutable distance from the Firm's Minneapolis office for onsite meetings.
