Job Summary:

The Lead Plumbing Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. You will supervise journeyman plumbers and helpers, ensuring all work aligns with plumbing codes and specifications. Your expertise will help shape plumbing plans and guide the implementation of these systems on-site.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
  • Five years of relevant experience and/or training is a must, with supervisory experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong troubleshooting skills, capable of providing systematic and effective solutions.
  • Proficient in safe and proper tool use and equipment handling.
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Effective communication skills for both individual and team environments.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure and manage disruptions.
  • Capable of working independently within a commercial setting.
