Role: Kronos Admin
Location: Onsite 4 days/week in Addison
Duration: 4 mo. CTH
- UKG Pro WFM Ownership : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and performance of the UKG Pro Workforce Management suite, acting as a key liaison between HR/Payroll, IT, and Kronos managed services.
- System Configuration & Support : Lead system configuration for timekeeping, pay rules, scheduling, and accruals; provide Tier 2 support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Project & Solution Management : Serve as a solution lead or technical project manager for UKG/Kronos projects-handling requirements gathering, technical design oversight, testing, and go-live support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business users and technical teams to analyze workflows, document requirements, and align IT solutions with complex HR and payroll needs, including payroll execution and regulatory compliance.
- System Maintenance & Integration : Oversee Kronos InTouch clock configuration, system upgrades, data accuracy, interface integrity, and adherence to enterprise change management protocols.
- Qualifications & Experience : Requires 2+ years of hands-on Kronos configuration (v7+), with experience in Timekeeper, Scheduling, Analytics, and Device Manager; preferred candidates have UKG Pro cloud experience and a manufacturing or consulting background.
