We are seeking motivated and experienced Insulation Installer Helpers/Laborers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in insulation work and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. No insulation experience? That's OK too, we'll train on the job!

• Assist in the installation of various insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam.
• Work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after installations.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3+ years in the US is required.
• Experience in insulation installation is a PLUS, but we will TRAIN!
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and at various heights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new insulation techniques, including spray foam application.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
