- Experience conducting research on Hardware Devices.
- Experience presenting engaging stakeholder presentations.
- Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interview sessions, literature review, concept testing, and survey analysis.

As a User Experience Researcher (UXR), youll help your team of UXers, product managers, and engineers understand user needs. Youll work with stakeholders across functions and levels and have impact at all stages of product development. Youll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. Youll explore user behaviors and motivations by conducting primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis.
The UXR community at Google is unique and will help you do your best work. Youll have the opportunity to work with and learn from UXRs across Google through regular meetups, mentor programs, and access to internal research tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$185,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Responsibilities - Develop research experiments to evaluate physical interactions with wearable devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand human responses to visual, auditory, and haptic stimuli, and assess biometric and ergonomic responses to various wearable devices.
- Moderate experiments, interact with participants, and efficiently analyze data using Google Sheets, Matlab, R, or Python.
- Clearly visualize and present experimental results to stakeholders.
