Overview The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Hilton West Palm Beach. You will provide leadership in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. They will be responsible for the effective operational management of the hotel to ensure it achieves and exceeds its financial goals and guest satisfaction targets, while maintaining high-level employee engagement and community involvement. Serves as top operator in GM's position absence. Consults with owners and corporate offices, as required. Interviews, counsels and evaluates staff. What will I be doing? As the Hotel Manager, assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Lead, direct and manage daily hotel operations including budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, balanced scorecard performance, policy compliance, coordinating capital improvements and property improvement plans, responding to guest inquiries and resolving concerns, and participating in meetings. Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurements. Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement corrective measures. Implement and manage the hotel’s daily quality process, including communicating goals, empowering team members, managing service recovery techniques, problem resolution and measuring satisfaction. Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly department heads and managers, including supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling and evaluations, and delivering recognition and rewards. Recruit, interview and train team members. What are we looking for?
