SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Jet HomeLoans is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Home Buyer Credit Specialist to join our on-site team in Bluffton, SC. This role is essential to the success of our DreamPath programour Home Buyers Club designed to guide and support future homeowners who need to improve their credit before purchasing a home. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and can effectively manage a high-volume pipeline of future homebuyers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • Analyze the credit profiles of potential homebuyers and create personalized action plans.

  • Assign a graduation date from the Dream Path program to keep buyers on track toward qualification.

  • Actively manage and track leads in our CRM system (Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with loan officers to convert leads into qualified buyers.

  • Provide ongoing support and motivation to buyers throughout the credit improvement process.

  • Maintain detailed records of buyer progress and performance metrics.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of leads and prioritize tasks.

  • Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport easily.

  • Dedicated, empathetic, and truly passionate about helping people achieve homeownership.

  • Strong understanding of credit scoring models and credit bureau reports.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Active NMLS license.

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage or credit repair industry.

  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM.

  • Prior work in a homebuyer assistance program or sales-focused mortgage role
