A cutting-edge pathology lab in the area is expanding and looking for skilled professionals to join their team by offering a competitive compensation and a supportive work environment, plus a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus -Retention Bonuses every 3–5 years -Relocation Assistance is available if needed:

Current Openings:

Cytotechnologists
Preferred Qualifications: SCT-ASCP
Key Skills: Proficient in processing 75 Pap slides/day
PAP PT (annual proficiency test) preferred
Participate in ROSE (Rapid Onsite Evaluation) Program – Pap smears to start Genius Digital Diagnostic System (nearly operational)

Histotechnologists
Preferred Qualifications: HT-ASCP, QIHC a plus Key
Skills: Embed 30–40 blocks/hour Cut 20–30 blocks/hour (Emphasis on quality over quantity)

Histotech Coordinator
Preferred Qualifications: HT-ASCP Key
Skills: Manage workflow and QA documentation
Support a high-throughput lab (benchmark: 1,000 blocks/day)
Lead team performance and lab efficiency
