Pay Range: $35 - $39/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Types of Deliverables
• Annual reports
• Digital signage
• Social media assets
• Posters, billboards, table tents
• Award show programs and other print collateral
• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs.
• Meet with clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications.
• Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image.
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications.
• Creates visually compelling graphics for events, social media, signs for TV monitors and printed materials.
• Supports the design team on designs for corporate communications and departments like Human Relations (HR) and Investor Relations (IR) and on initiatives like culture communications and Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) programs.
• Works with design team and executives on PowerPoint presentations.
• Ensure multiple projects are completed on time and with high quality results.
• Help problem-solve, offering creative solutions to communications problems.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Org.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• The ideal candidate is a strong visual communicator with the ability to adhere to company guidelines while creating clean, modern designs supporting an array of internal and external corporate communications programs.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of design for various mediums, as well as composition, typography, iconography, color, and photography.
• Our expectation is that the candidate consistently delivers high-quality work and demonstrates an exceptional level of attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate will be a collaborative designer who is eager to be part of a team, passionate about design, and a strong communicator.
• Corporate Identity: Must understand and strictly adhere to corporate brand standards
• Internal Corporate Experience: Considered a strong plus
• Print Expertise:
• Strong foundation in traditional print design
• Knowledge of PMS colors, award show programs, posters, table tents, etc.
• Digital Skills:
• Experience with digital signage (e.g., TV screens)
• Social media graphics
• PowerPoint presentations
• Tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite (expert level)
• Canva
• Motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects)
• Strong visual communicator
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Passionate about design
• Comfortable interfacing with executives and cross-functional teams
