About The Role

We are seeking a skilled UI Engineer to join our product engineering teams in designing and implementing innovative, user-centric web solutions. You will create engaging UI/UX features that help policymakers, corporate leaders, and operators interpret complex data effectively. This role requires collaboration in an agile environment, building scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, effective UI/UX features that improve user experience
• Collaborate closely with agile teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
• Create prototypes and proofs-of-concept to quickly test new ideas
• Design and build scalable production applications with security best practices
• Participate actively in Scrum and continuous improvement efforts
• Review code and perform manual and automated testing
• Question assumptions and solve problems creatively
• Continuously learn and improve skills and processes

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable JavaScript applications
• Proficient with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with React, Angular, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in agile teams
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Technical Skills

• JavaScript, TypeScript
• React (including React Hooks and React Router), Next.js
• Zustand, Tailwind CSS, Storybook
• Node.js
• Familiarity with cloud systems, Linux, and containerized applications preferred

Clearance & Citizenship

• TS Clearance preferred
• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. government clearance

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000 - $180,000 USD annually (dependent on experience and location)
