We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Dog Grooming team. We are an established in Moreno Valley. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and book dog grooming appointments
- Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Check social media for messages and answer clients
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with organizing paperwork and files
- Follow-up with clients regarding their pet
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception and grooming area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Check-out clients
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Must love animals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
