The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and book dog grooming appointments
- Manage the company's main email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Check social media for messages and answer clients
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with organizing paperwork and files
- Follow-up with clients regarding their pet
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the reception and grooming area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Check-out clients
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Must love animals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems
