Endries International Inc. has an opening for a 3rd shift Forklift Operator working four 10 hour shifts at our corporate headquarters in Brillion, WI. The starting wage is $19 per hour and the ability to earn up to $6.25 in pick premiums. We offer flexible scheduling, a clean work environment and benefits for full-time associates on your first day. As a Forklift Operator (cherry picker/stand-up forklift) your primary goal is to pull product off the shelves and stage it at the lanes so we can get it out the door and to our customers on time. In this role you will be held to specific metrics of picks per hour and will be required to lift packages up to 50# for an entire 8 hour shift. Previous forklift (cherry picker) experience is preferred . The starting wage is $19.00 per hour + the ability to earn up to a high premium of an additional $6.25 per hour. We provide t-shirts for work and reimbursement for steel toe shoes. 3rd shift hours are four 10 hour shifts starting Sunday - Wednesday - 9:00PM - 7:00AM Requirements: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate Computer experience and prior RF scanner experience is a plus Have basic math, reading and writing skills Ability to stand for your entire shift Not have a fear of heights Strong attendance record Endries offers a great benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous paid time off, a company matched 401K plan, and much more.
