Job Title: QA/QC Technician(Food Quality Assurance) – 2nd Shift
Location: Vernon, CA
Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00/hour

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Technician to join our food manufacturing team in Vernon, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow their career in the food industry while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:45 AM (Monday – Friday, occasional weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Inspect product quality, warehouse cleanliness, and adherence to GMPs.
• Collect samples, retain documents, and manage quality records.
• Work directly with production staff to correct deviations and maintain food safety.
• Enter and track data using Excel and Word.

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and Comfortable working in a cold environment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, tablets).
