ERP Specialist (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to lead the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) within a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as the internal point of contact for ERP deployment, working closely with a Microsoft implementation partner, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
Key Responsibilities - Lead the internal technical implementation of D365 F&SCM
- Collaborate with department leads to gather and document business requirements across finance, operations, and supply chain
- Provide functional expertise and technical insight into system architecture and integrations
- Manage project tasks and sprints using Azure DevOps and agile methodologies
- Configure the ERP system and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support training efforts and change management initiatives
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure seamless integration between D365 F&SCM and other business systems
Qualifications - 5+ years of ERP implementation and management experience, including 2+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong functional knowledge of finance, operations, and manufacturing modules
- Technical expertise in system integrations, data migration, and reporting tools
- Experience working with Microsoft partners and managing projects via Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in agile project management and ERP lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
