Description:

Messaging flow administration. Responsibilities also include installing software packages, administering Linux, Unix, or Windows Operating Systems, and providing support in a technical environment.
Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level System Administrator (SA2) to join our intel team. OPS teams are responsible for 6 am to 6 pm standard business day coverage and 24x7 call-in after-hours support with on-call rotations every 4-5 weeks. SA positions require on-call rotation support. Responsibilities include command line system administration as well as application and data management.

Requirements:

SCI with polygraph. 5 years of experience with no degree for Entry Level SA, and 10 years with no degree for Mid Level SA.
Required skills: Basic to strong Linux skills, experience in Linux, Unix, Windows or Cisco OS operating systems (minimum one year), five years’ experience administering Linux, Unix, or Windows operating systems, three years’ experience installing software packages such as .iso and RedHat package managers (rpm).
Desired: Three years’ experience configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and administering a messaging service (Java Messaging Service, TIBCO, ActiveMQ, Artemis, Kafka).
Other CWIP: IAT Level I Certification, IA Baseline Certification in Linux, Unix, Windows, or Cisco OS.
Candidates must have TS clearance.
