Base pay range $115,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr A respected law firm is seeking a highly motivated Document Review Attorney to support its growing insurance coverage practice. This is a fully remote opportunity; however, candidates must reside in Virginia and hold an active Virginia bar license . This position is well-suited for recent law school graduates or junior attorneys interested in building experience in insurance law and litigation support. Litigation experience is a plus , but not required. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a professional, team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and code legal documents for relevance and privilege Identify key facts, legal issues, and patterns in insurance coverage matters Collaborate with attorneys and project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines in handling case materials Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active and good standing Virginia Bar license (required) Must reside in the state of Virginia 0-3 years of legal experience; prior litigation or document review experience is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a remote environment What We Offer Base Compensation: $115,000-$160,000 + Bonus Fully remote flexibility with consistent workflow Opportunity to gain experience in insurance coverage and litigation processes Supportive and collaborative team culture How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit a resume to Patrick.estey@gogpac.com.
