Distribution Technician

Shift: Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 8:00pm Starting pay: $16.00/hour Solvita comes from "sol" meaning sun and "vita" meaning life. Solvita recovers, processes, and distributes human tissue grafts and is the nation's largest non-profit provider of skin grafts for burn patients. We are looking to hire a Distribution Technician who will play a pivotal role towards the success of our mission; to save and enhance lives. Every year, hundreds of thousands of our grafts are distributed world-wide from our Kettering facility, and the primary purpose of a Distribution Technician is to fulfill those orders both accurately and efficiently. Grafts are shipped both frozen and ambiently via ground and air. Collectively the team will also assist Customer Service in their mission to distribute The Gift to its recipients.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) preferred.
• Must be able to follow directions and serve as a team member.
• Must be able to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
