We are looking for a Director, Payor Relations to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key payors, including commercial insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and reimbursement rates.
• Monitor and analyze payor performance, trends, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, legal, operations) to align payor strategies with business objectives.
• Resolve escalated payor issues and support revenue cycle optimization.
• Identify opportunities for new payor partnerships and strategic growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in payor relations, managed care contracting, or healthcare strategy.
• Proven success in negotiating complex payor agreements.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
