Join Our Team as a Pediatric Dental Assistant!

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Dental Assistant who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to providing outstanding care to our kiddos and their caregivers.

This position is currently a temporary role with full-time, 30+ hours, per week, Monday-Thursday. This role does offer the opportunity to secure a permanent place on our clinical staff as staffing needs change.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Someone who loves working with kids and creating a positive experience.

Requirements:

• Experienced Dental Assistant
• Full-Time role [30+ hours per week] .
• Active WA State Dental Assistant licensure/certification is required .
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required
• X-Ray, CDA, RDA, EFDA, or EDDA certification is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
• Graduation from a dental assisting school is a plus.

A Typical Day as a Pediatric Dental Assistant:

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Assisting caregivers and doctors in providing top-notch care.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each patient.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.

Schedule:

• Full-Time Hours [30+ hours/week]
• Weekdays
• Daytime Hours – No nights!

Pay:

• Starting Wage: $20/Hour
• Hourly Wages
• Bi-Weekly pay structure

Hourly Wage is negotiable based on clinical experience and skill level.
