ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN CVICU for a travel nursing job in San Antonio, Texas.
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Rotating weekend schedule • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 13 or 26 week assignment length • No call requirements • Must float to other units as per hospital policy • Clock in time required by 6:38 AM/PM (after 6:45 AM/PM considered tardy)• Required to badge in and out for shifts and take full 30-minute lunch • Documentation system: Meditech • 2+ years ICU experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH • Active Texas RN license required (no temporary licenses accepted)• Must have experience with hemodynamic monitoring (Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines)• Must have ventilator management experience • Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills • IABP and CRRT exposure preferred • Meditech charting/order entry experience preferred • Handle post-CABG patients, post-VAD patients, and post-catheterization patients with cardiac support devices • Dress code: Navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket • Clean and healthy nail policy, neat hair, tattoos covered when possible, visible piercings other than ears prohibitedFacility:
