This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering a long-term career path with a fast-growing industrial supply operation. Customer Service Specialist

Location: Cypress, TX 77095

Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: $24.00 $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using ERP systems and internal platforms
• Track and communicate order status, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned B2B customer accounts
• Resolve order issues, manage returns, and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and customer documentation
• Support onboarding for new accounts and manage transitional needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and delivery expectations
• Monitor KPIs and prepare service reports
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred
• 25 years of B2B customer service experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
• Detail-oriented with a high level of follow-through

Technical Requirements

• ERP system experience (order management and tracking)
• Strong understanding of the B2B order lifecycle
• Ability to interpret and act on customer data and feedback
