Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Crane & Tower Operators for projects located in the Oakland, CA area . This is a full time opportunity, and the pay rate is $38-42/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Operate ship-to-shore gantry cranes or yard cranes to safely lift, move, and position cargo containers between ships, trucks, and storage areas, following terminal procedures and safety standards
Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of cranes and related equipment
Report any mechanical issues, defects, or malfunctions to maintenance personnel to ensure continuous and safe operations
Communicate effectively via radio and visual signals with signalers, stevedores, and vessel crews
Align movements to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent collisions or damage during loading and unloading operations
Other tasks as assigned
