A top-tier international law firm is seeking mid-level to senior associates to join its Corporate & Finance practice in either San Francisco or Seattle . This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated transactional work with founders, investors, and high-growth companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on M&A and emerging companies/venture capital (EC/VC) transactions
• Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents and related agreements
• Manage elements of deals independently while collaborating closely with partners and clients
• Provide strategic counsel to founders and investors across industries
• Participate in a supportive and team-oriented practice with strong mentorship and partner access

Qualifications

• 37 years of corporate transactional experience, with a focus on M&A and EC/VC work
• Proven ability to manage multiple deal components
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and client communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in California or Washington
• Excellent academic credentials

Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 $420,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. The firm also provides a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative environment designed to support long-term career growth.
