Chesapeake Containment Systems, Inc. (CCS) is a professional environmental construction company. We specialize in the Solid Waste, Power, and Industrial markets. Our job sites are nationwide, primarily on the East Coast. Our ideal candidate for a Construction Laborer will travel and install liner.

WORK LOCATION: Traveling nationwide, primarily the East Coast.

RESPONSIBLITIES of Construction Laborer

• Performing physical manual labor.
• Filling and moving sandbags.
• Cleaning and maintaining the work area, including picking up trash.
• Deploying liner by placing geosynthetic materials on the ground using clamps, to pull the liner into place.
• Assisting others with basic welding and other liner duties.

REQUIREMENTS for Construction Laborer

• Prior construction experience. Liner experience is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel and be away from home.
• Ability to walk 5-10 miles per day, frequently up and down steep slopes.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, throughout an entire workday.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, hot and cold.
• Ability to pass a background check and regular drug tests.
• Ability to maintain safety standards.
