As a diversified, national organization, you'll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Position Purpose:** Responsible for the overall coordination of the office facilities and support services while providing administrative support to the entire location. ****In office position based in Lauderhill, FL.**** + Oversee storage and destruction of all company records on-site and off-site + Assist management in coordinating all office services activities and facilities activities + Work with Corporate IS telecommunications staff and provide on-site contact to maintain effective telephone systems and troubleshoot malfunctions + Oversee maintenance of all office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, fax machines + Key member of planning committee to coordinate new space development and renovation project + Assist members of management team with problem solving + May be required to be able to bend, crawl and lift up to 30lbs on a frequent basis + Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 5:00PM EST **Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in a related area. Knowledge of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Knowledgeable and/or experience in community resources and/or social services strongly preferred. Pay Range: $19.04 - $32.35 per hour Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
