We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial property real estate company. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between ownership, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure exceptional property performance, tenant satisfaction, and alignment with ownership objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site staff and third-party vendors involved in property operations.
• Prepare monthly management reports and support the development and execution of the annual operating budget and business plan.
• Oversee building maintenance contracts, ensuring vendor compliance, negotiating contract terms, and selecting vendors as needed.
• Delegate appropriate authority to maintenance staff for routine repairs and services.
• Partner with the Marketing team to deliver innovative tenant engagement programming and events.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships; proactively address service requests, concerns, and inquiries.
• Ensure proper operation and regular inspection of all building systems (mechanical, structural, electrical, fire safety, elevators, etc.).
• Support leasing efforts by collaborating with the leasing team and responding to prospective tenant inquiries.
• Manage a small team of assistant PMs
• Contribute to the development of contingency, emergency response, safety, and maintenance plans.
• Review, approve, and track invoices; monitor budget performance and accounts receivable.
• Assist the Regional Property Manager in planning and executing capital improvement projects.

What You Bring:

• 3–7 years of experience in property management, preferably commercial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
