About the Job

Preferred Private Care is seeking HHAs and CNAs to assist clients in their homes with homemaking, companionship, and personal care. You are normally caring for 1 client at a time.

Here is what you will need to apply for employment:

• CNA License (Florida) or HHA certificate (40 hr minimum)
• Valid CPR
• Florida Driver's License
• Social Security Card
• Auto Insurance (must have your own transportation)
• Free of Communicable Diseases (dated within the last 6 months)
• HIV/AIDS Certificate
• Alzheimer's Training Certificate
• Self-Administration of Medication Certificate

Responsibilities:

• Providing great in-home patient care.
• Providing physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, to include: bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, toileting, walking, standing, or exercising.
