This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum 10-12 days a month Responsibilities: Own, manage and monitor Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments to ensure optimal performance and availability Ensure the health, performance, and resiliency of the virtual environment. Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues related to Citrix infrastructure, escalating when necessary Implement updates and patches to maintain system security and compliance with organizational standards Proactively identify and resolve systemic issues. Maintain SOPs and technical documentation. Communicate changes to operations and support teams. Prioritize Keeping the Lights On (KTLO), executing projects, and individual tasks. Collaborate on project deliverables with team leads Act as a technical resource for operations, audits, and peers. Deliver and maintain systems and documentation. Mentor and train support teams on technical tasks. Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtualization. (i.e. Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.) Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
