Job Title: Chemical Mixing Operator

Location: High Point, NC 27260

Duration: 6 months

Pay rate: $20-$21.50

Work Location: 1717 English Road, High Point, NC

# of Openings: 2 for 2nd shift (2:00 PM to 10:30 PM) & 2 for 3rd shift (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM)

Pay Rate: $21.50 while on contract (no shift differential will apply)

Duration: temp to hire

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Prefer three to six months related experience and/or training.

Computer Skills:

• Knowledge and experience working on a computer, copier, scanner and fax machine; Familiar with Outlook Express, Excel, and Word; Knowledge and experience with UPS software helpful.

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and read English.
• Satisfactory background screening.
• Satisfactory drug screen.
• Medical clearance to wear a respirator.
• Satisfactory results in pre-employment tests.
• Must be able to work in the United States legally.
• Must be able to and agree to sign a non-compete non-disclosure agreement.

Responsibilities:

Summary:

Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients to make products by performing the following (but not limited to) duties.

Responisbilities:

• Regulate machines, operate equipment, and mix or blend ingredients according to formulation batch cards accurately to meet production and/or inventory levels.
• Maintain highest level of quality at all times.
• Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.
• Responsible to clean machine and work station after each job.
