Responsibilities

Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Provide perioperative nursing care for patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
Maintain a sterile field and follow strict infection control standards
Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, supplies, and equipment
Monitor patient status intraoperatively, responding to changes in condition as needed
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure safe, efficient procedures
Document patient care accurately in accordance with hospital and regulatory requirements

Requirements

One year of Case Manager RN experience required, completed within the last two years.
Active RN license in the state of practice (or compact state if applicable).
