Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst to support one our largest clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. This position will specifically support their supply chain management and financial systems initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in business process analysis, ERP systems, and cross-functional project leadership. You will be the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to drive strategic system enhancements and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex business systems and processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP systems including Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft Financials.
• Analyze and resolve production issues, including system integration and interface challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end users and internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in higher education or healthcare environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud, specifically Supply Chain Management
• Completed at least one end to end implementation of Oracle Cloud within a healthcare environment
• Advanced skills in SQL, data analysis, and system integration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with higher education, university healthcare, or other large public institutions.
• PMP or similar project management certification.
