Carefree Bookkeeping is looking for an experienced, service-minded Bookkeeper (5+ years preferred) to join our growing team! We specialize in small business bookkeeping and pride ourselves on keeping the Caring and Free in Carefree—our clients feel completely supported and stress-free knowing we’ve got their books covered.
What you’ll do:
Manage financial records (basic bookkeeping task), reconciliations, A/P & A/R.
Year-End Review and Task.
Prepare reports and meet with clients regularly.
Teach clients about their numbers and help them grow.
Communicate with Business Owners and their Coaches, CPAs, Etc.
Go beyond the tasks—deliver peace of mind.
Help Carefree Owner with Special Task.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years small business bookkeeping experience.
QuickBooks Online (and Desktop) expertise.
Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, organized.
Excellent communication & client service mindset.
Be able to know how the books work with the tax return.
