As a Bankruptcy Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience or a track record of handling 300+ bankruptcy cases. Responsibilities Review bankruptcy files with the paralegal and the client Prepare clients for their 341 meetings Review bankruptcy notices, motions, objections, and pleadings Work effectively with the case attorney and trustees Review and analyze each case for issues and practice ways to resolve those issues (refiles, conversions, modifications, etc) Other duties specific to your assigned cases may include reaffirmations, modifications, dismissals, legal research, etc. Gather information about legal issues from the client in interviews Qualifications Passion for helping people Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Member of the Texas State Bar and in good standing Member of the four Texas Federal Courts or at least one, and willing to apply to others Ability to provide legal instruction independently Compensation $60,000 - $80,000 yearly #J-18808-Ljbffr The Debt Defenders by Ciment Law Firm, PLLC
