We are looking for dynamic attorneys who understand the importance of client service, the complexities of medical treatment in personal injury cases, and have the desire to help lead a team shepherding our clients through this process.

Qualifications: 

• 3-7+ years' experience, preferably, with at least 2 years of personal injury (PI) related experience, whether on the plaintiff or defense side of the docket. 
• Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary. This role will require the hands-on management of many cases and firm employees. You will have the opportunity to work with and grow yourself and your team for the benefit of our clients. 
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. 
• Licensed and in good standing with the bar of the state you are applying for. 

 
Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in one of these languages: Spanish, Chinese/Cantonese, Tagalog, Armenian, Persian dialects, Korean, etc.
• Personal injury litigation experience. 
• Engaging, straightforward, and committed to advocating for others.
