We build a sense of belonging, so all employees feel respected, safe, and valued, and we provide equal opportunity to participate and grow.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Deliver or pick up and reconcile the valuables at a customer's location Maintain radio communication with the vehicle crew and dispatch personnel to ensure a secure transactionMaintain the highest degree of security and control of the customer shipment at all timesMaintain a courteous and professional demeanor while performing daily customer interactionsRemain alert and prepared at all times, not only protecting the crew or premises against attack, but also watching for the accidental mishandling of packages that might result in a lossReconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled runResponsible for providing service to customers' ATMs including loading/unloading of currency, changing of receipt paper, clearing of paper jams/debris as neededObserve all security and safety proceduresAble to work weekends, holidays and/or extended hoursCross-train and perform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 6 months experience in at least one of the following: Messenger/Courier positions, face to face customer service position, security experience, military experience, or protective services experienceA valid driver's licenseSatisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirementsMinimum of 21 years of ageA valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirementsA valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licensesAble to lift at least 50 poundsAbility to pass pre-employment verification, background check and drug screening as permitted by applicable law.Preferred Qualifications:Previous armored car messenger experienceBasic math skillsHigh School diploma or GEDProfessional Skills:Excellent ethics and integrityHigh attention to detailCollaborative work styleExcellent customer serviceAbility to work independentlyProfessional, positive demeanor What's Next?
